Carved by hand from a single block of Denizli marble —
quarried from the travertine highlands of southwestern
Anatolia, a region whose stone has been extracted and
shaped since antiquity. This piece carries the particular
character of Denizli: a deep grey-black body suffused
with a crystalline structure that catches light at every
angle, as if the stone were full of compressed frost.

The Sensus Double is symmetry made physical. Two terminals,
perfectly equal. A central waist that narrows just enough
to mark the midpoint without interrupting the form.
No beginning. No end. No preferred orientation.
The piece decides nothing for you.

Each end fills the hand in exactly the same way. The choice
of how — and which — is entirely yours.

Natural stone holds cold. It retains temperature — from ice
to warmth — with a consistency no synthetic material can
replicate. The crystalline texture of Denizli marble gives
the mirror-polished surface an unusual quality — not a
simple reflection, but a depth, as though the light enters
and does not entirely return.
