At Seductive Stones, every piece is handcrafted to order in our Antalya atelier. We take great care in packaging and dispatching each piece with the attention it deserves. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Worldwide Free Shipping

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees regardless of destination — your order arrives at no additional shipping cost.

Handling & Processing Time

As each piece is a unique, handcrafted object, orders require a preparation period of 2–3 business days before dispatch. This time covers final quality inspection, professional packaging, and shipment preparation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

After handover to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Worldwide (all destinations): 8–10 business days from dispatch

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, high-demand periods, and local logistics conditions.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees that may be levied by their country’s customs authority upon delivery. Seductive Stones is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, nor for any additional charges imposed by customs or governmental bodies. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no external indication of the contents of your parcel. The return address on the parcel reads “SS Studio, Antalya, Türkiye.”

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your parcel’s progress through the carrier’s tracking system.

Returns Policy

Important: Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are not accepted once delivery has been completed.

We stand fully behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we send. However, given the personal and intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the parcel has been received and delivery has been confirmed.

If you wish to cancel your order, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is dispatched. Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. Please contact us immediately at info@seductivestones.com if you need to cancel.

Damaged Items — Mandatory Procedure

If your order arrives damaged, cracked, or broken, the following procedure must be followed immediately:

  • Do not discard the packaging or the item.
  • Upon receipt, request that the delivery carrier document the damage formally in an official damage report (tutanak). This report must be completed in the presence of the courier at time of delivery.
  • Photograph all damage clearly — both the packaging and the product.
  • Send the official damage report reference number, along with your photographs, to info@seductivestones.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon receipt of the verified damage report and supporting evidence, we will arrange either a full replacement at no charge or, where a direct replacement is not possible, an appropriate resolution will be agreed upon.

Claims for damaged goods submitted without an official carrier damage report cannot be processed. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for damage reported without the required documentation.
